All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Certain items are purchased in bulk and come in assorted varieties. We reserve the right to substitute items within a gift bag with products of equal or greater value without prior notice to the customer. Images provided on product listings are representative and may not depict the exact item configuration received.

Variations in color, scent, shape, or packaging are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for refund or return.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card details. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

7. Sales Are Final / Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival. You must contact us at hello@thankyougiftbags.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion. Failure to comply with the stated timeline may void any eligibility for compensation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by carriers. Once an item has shipped, responsibility for the order transfers to the shipping carrier.

9. Marketing Communication & Email Consent

By placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, or contacting us via any form on our site, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from Thank You Gift Bags LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any marketing email. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
